A 400-employee IT services company with 6 floors in Noida had no centralised access control — staff used physical keys for meeting rooms and server areas, and visitor management was entirely manual with a paper register at reception. The HR team had identified significant attendance discrepancies and suspected buddy punching. Management required biometric access control, reliable attendance tracking and comprehensive CCTV coverage — all integrated and manageable from a single platform.
Unified Access Control & CCTV for a 6-Floor Corporate Office
Pujaso designed a phased implementation: access control and attendance in Phase 1 (4 weeks), CCTV in Phase 2 (3 weeks), visitor management in Phase 3 (1 week).
Phase 1: 8 ZKTeco face recognition terminals were installed at main entrance, server room, HR department, finance floor and 4 meeting room clusters. Face enrollment was completed for all 400 employees over 2 days. ZKTeco attendance software was configured with shift schedules, overtime rules and leave policies, then integrated with the company's existing payroll platform via API.
Phase 2: 48 Hikvision 4MP cameras were installed across all 6 floors — corridor intersections, server room, reception, fire exits, stairwells and car park. NVR configured for 30-day retention with motion-triggered recording for low-activity zones.
Phase 3: Digital visitor management was deployed at ground floor reception — visitors scan their Aadhaar/passport, a photo is captured, a badge is printed and the host receives a WhatsApp notification with the visitor's photo.
